The vineyards of the Company are located between Genzano di Roma and Velletri. The terrain is hilly and deep, typically volcanic, rich in potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. Well to the south at an altitude of 350m above sea level, it faces the Pontine Islands, therefore is subjected to sharp and steady winds.
Six and a half hectares are cultivated with plants in rows, consisting of 6,000 vines per hectare with a production of 1.3 kg to strain selection of Umbrian Fiano, Fiano d’Avellino, Verdicchio and dotted Malvasia. Recently, our production has been extended to two additional hectares of Cesanese vineyards, where Emma was born.
In May 2009 the winery was opened in Via Ponte Tre Armi in Genzano di Roma (you can visit by appointment).
